What is a good hucking wheelset for a mountain bike?
What are the strongest 26 inch wheels I can get for $150-200, weight isn't a concern.
If you're set on that price range, your best bet is either a set of Rhinolyte XL's with XT hubs ($140 to $180), or to look for a "used" set that someone is unloading for cheap....it's amazing how cheaply people will sell wheels!

Kimber is spot-on.....for not much more, you can get a much better wheelset. The Azonic Outlaws are very good. So are the Halo Combats.....a little cheaper than the Outlaws. Transition has an awesome set for around $280.
A lot of it depends on what exactly you want to "huck" and how your skills are. I can tell you that Rhinolytes are pretty dang durable if they're built correctly, but they won't hold up very long if you drop more than 3' onto flat or about 4'-5' with transitions and rough landings......not quite as strong laterally, either. I've been riding a set of Combats for the last year and they don't flinch at 6' drops to flat on a hardtail. The Rhinos are 29mm wide, I think....if you can get into a set with a wider profile (32mm or wider) in your price range, that's what you want to be looking for.
If you're really going big, or fast into rockgardens, there are better wheels out there, but they'll run from $300 to $600 a set (or more, if you get the high-end dh sets from DT Swiss, Mavic, etc.).
