Eye Bags Natural Treatment And Get Rid Of Eye Bags With Natural Home Remedies
Most of us at some point will have to deal with dark circles under our eyes. Whether it be due to stress, lack of sleep, a hang-over, or just from ageing. The good news is that there are a lot of simple at-home ways to treat them. There is no need for surgery or laser treatments, all you really need is a trip to the grocery store and a couple of minutes to relax.
Causes of Eye Bags
There are several causes for the formation of dark circles under the eyes. The most common reason is due to genetics. Dark circles under the eyes are practically unavoidable if they run in your family, but that isn't to say that there aren't treatments out there for them (see below). But for those whose genetic background doesn't predispose them to dark circles the reasons can be numerous- dehydration, stress, lack of sleep, diet, or any combination.
Home Remedies to Avid Eye Bags
1. Hemmroid cream works for redusing the puffiness in eye bags and it takes away wrinkles as well.
2. Another thing you could try is letting herbal tea bags or green tea bags soak in warm water fro awhile and then let them sit on your eyes for 10-15 minutes a few times a week.
3. If they're really puffy in the morning and you want to take down some of the swelling, leave table spoons in the freezer over night and in the morning when you wake up put the backs of the spoons onto your eyes and underneath them.
4. Try cucumbers
5. Slice one small piece off of a potato, and cut the slice in half. Put each slice under your eyes and leave them under your eyes for 20 minutes.
6. Cold Cream on eyelashes and brows keeps soap out of eyes while shampooing.
7. For Tired Eyes - Squeeze cotton pads out of ice water, place on eyelids and lie down, elevate feet.
A Natural Remedy that Helps to Alleviate Eye Bags
Baggy Eyelids and Eye BagCool cucumber or potato slices placed over closed eyes for a few minutes can also help. If you'd rather eat the cucumber or potato, another alternative is cotton balls dunked in cold milk. After squeezing the milk from the balls, let them rest on your closed swollen eyes for a few minutes. A cold compress will also do the same.
To look good, get enough rest, drink enough water, stop smoking, and avoid allergens that trigger nasal congestion like pet dander, pollen, house dust, and certain foods like milk and chocolate. Use an extra pillow or two to elevate your head while sleeping to prevent fluid build up. Reduce your salt intake and be wary of food and drinks that contain too much salt.

1. Try to avoid stress and get extra rest, especially during menstrual discomfort.
2. Try eating turbanado, stevea, maple syrup, raw honey, agave nectar.
3. Essential fatty acids

5. Flaxseed oil
6. Whole grains, nuts and seeds.
7. Drink plenty of warm water. Avoid ice cold and carbonated drinks.
8. Avoid stimulants such as caffeine and alcohol.
9. Add coconuts, raisins, papaya and sweet juicy fruits to your diet.
10. Only take a moderate amount of sugar.
11. Avoid red meat and heavy fried foods.
